PD-10 Model is a Mounted Photo Detector that exhibits a highly linear responsivity over a vide spectral range allowing accurate detection of very low levels across the visible and into the near-IR.

PHOTO AMPLIFIER

MODEL PA-10 (Product Sheet)

PA-10 Model is a Photo Amplifier that is matched to be used with our PD-10 Photo Detector.
It has 3-1/2 digit LCD Display that is designed to be used with 230 V / 50 Hz mains through euroconnector mains cable. A potentiometer is provided for zero setting.
Input is through BNC connector. Three levels of amplification are available.
An additional BNC socket along with a switch in series at the back plate left top is provided where the sensor voltage as generated by the Photodetector is directly available. This signal can be fed to strip chart recorder, oscilloscope and other computer controlled systems.
Also available separately is a matched Photo Detector Model PA-10.

PIN-10 Model is a Mounted PIN Photo Detector that is ideal for low-intensity high-bandwidth applications over a vide spectral range and having fast rise time.

Responsivity : 0.35 A/W @ 830 nm min.
Active Area :1.0 mm dia.
Dark Current :( at -9 V dc ) 0.25 nA
Voltage Breakdown : 30 V at 10 microA
Capacitance ( at – 9 V dc ) : 5.5 pF
NEP at – 9 V dc : 2.2 x 10 -14 W/sq.root Hz
Vertical Height Adjustment : Provided
